Motion by Kevin M. Castro for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Castro was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 3, 2006, under the name Kevin Michael Castro. By opinion and order of this Court dated October 15, 2014, under Docket No. 2013-02649, Castro was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing November 14, 2014 (see Matter of Castro, 123 AD3d 128). By opinion and order of this Court dated October 19, 2016, in a separate, unrelated disciplinary proceeding, under Docket No. 2015-05016, Castro was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, in addition to the previous suspension of two years (see Matter of Castro, 144 AD3d 110).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Kevin M. Castro, admitted as Kevin Michael Castro, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
