Motion by appellant to, in effect, vacate an order of this court dated September 5, 2024, which dismissed an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 10, 2020, and upon such vacatur, for leave to proceed on the original record, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division pursuant to CPLR 5703 (a).
