DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered November 10, 2022, to compel court reporter Amanda Babel to furnish transcripts of all proceedings from specific court dates.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and court reporter Amanda Babel is directed to furnish appellant's attorney with the transcripts from the October 11, 2022 proceedings within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion.
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County shall serve a copy of this decision & order upon court reporter Amanda Babel by certified mail within 7 days of the date of this order, and shall file proof of service with this court within 14 days of the date of this order.
