| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 6, 2019. Motion by Janine Moger, as the executor of the estate of Christopher Moger, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Christopher Moger, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the respondent Christopher Moger.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Janine Moger, as the executor of the estate of Christopher Moger is substituted for the deceased respondent, Christopher Moger, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Christopher Moger is vacated.
