| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 7, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the decision, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the same court dated January 14, 2025.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are denied as academic.
