DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 28, 2024, and February 7, 2024, respectively. Motion by the respondents to enlarge the record to include certain material and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include certain material is granted to the extent that on or before April 14, 2025, the respondents shall serve and file a supplemental record containing exhibits 7 through 13 annexed to the affirmation in opposition filed in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated January 28, 2024, exhibit 6 annexed to the reply affirmation filed in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated January 28, 2024, the preliminary conference order dated November 8, 2021, and the compliance conference order dated May 20, 2022, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is denied as unnecessary as the respondents have timely filed their brief.
