Appeal by Sherryann J. A. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 12, 2024. By letter dated January 21, 2025, assigned counsel notified the Court that he has not had any communication or response from the appellant. By order to show cause dated January 31, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the assigned counsel for the appellant and dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceedings.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, and assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment.
