| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 5, 2025. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order, to continue the remand of the subject child to the care and custody of the appellant, and to direct that the respondent have agency-supervised visits with the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the order is stayed, the remand of the subject child to the care and custody of the appellant is continued, and the respondent shall have agency-supervised visitation with the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
