Motion by appellant to stay all proceedings pending the determination of an appeal from a sua sponte order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated October 31, 2024, and for the recusal of Judge John C.V. Katsanos.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is dismissed as the order on appeal has been rescinded; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot.
