Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 1, 2023. Motion by the respondents for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material and to impose sanctions upon counsel for the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before April 16, 2025, the appellant shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement record which does not contain the material stricken by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 2, 2024, contains a true and complete copy of Supreme Court NYSCEF Document No. 126, and is in all other respects the same as the record previously filed, and the motion is otherwise denied.
