| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 22, 2024. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the order and judgment. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, under Index No. LT-070486/2018/KI, including the enforcement of a warrant and judgment of eviction, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal to this Court from the order is denied as unnecessary as the order and judgment is appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, under Index No. LT-070486/2018/KI, including the enforcement of a warrant and judgment of eviction, is denied.
