Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 26, 2022, and March 11, 2024, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay the trial on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and, in effect, for the appeals to be calendared together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the trial on the issue of damages is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for the appeals to be calendared together is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
