Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 26, 2024. Renewed motion by the appellant pro se for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth (1) the appellant's full financial situation including any and all sources of income before conviction, and (2) any and all assets, both real and personal, including the value of any business owned and/or operated by the appellant.
