| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 4, 2019. Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel, inter alia, to unseal certain records in the court file and, in effect, to be provided with those records.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that, on or before April 18, 2025, the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken shall furnish the records sealed by the orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 23, 2018, September 21, 2018, October 31, 2018, March 11, 2019, and March 27, 2019, under seal, to the Clerk of this Court for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, and those records shall remain sealed upon delivery, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
