Petitioner-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered December 10, 2024,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon the filing and service of a new motion that includes, among other things, an affidavit setting forth appellant's gross monthly household income from all sources, including the income of appellant's son who she supports in her household, and describing any real estate owned by appellant, including its value and the amount owing.
