An order having been entered on August 26, 2024, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Julie Cianca, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, and an order having been entered on February 5, 2025 substituting Sarah Holt, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Fabienne Santacroce, Esq., dated March 3, 2025, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Francis Tesseyman, Jr., Esq., 48 Old Orchard Lane, Orchard Park, New York 14127, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered July 15, 2024, in place and stead of Sarah Holt, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Francis Tesseyman, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to May 19, 2025, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
