An appeal having been taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered May 29, 2024, and an application having been made for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Children,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Catherine Sullivan, Esq., 55 West Second Street, Oswego, New York 13126, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child, and
It is further ORDERED that the Attorney for the Children submit her briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before April 18, 2025, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
