ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 29, 2021, and April 17, 2023, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 3, 2024, the appellants were directed to serve and file a replacement brief which contains Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-09563 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-08162 on the cover, and a replacement record which contains Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-09563 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-08162 on the cover and which also contains the order dated April 17, 2023, and the notice of appeal from the order dated April 17, 2023. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2025, the appellants' time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 3, 2024, was extended to February 10, 2025. The appellants have not filed the replacement brief or the replacement record

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated July 3, 2024, and January 10, 2025, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue, via NYSCEF, on or before April 21, 2025; if the appellants be so advised, the appellants may make a motion via NYSCEF, on or before April 25, 2025, for any relief deemed appropriate; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the NYSCEF system.
