| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 22, 2022. Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material and to take judicial notice of that material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental record is granted, and on or before April 21, 2025, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the transcript of the inquest held in the Supreme Court, Kings County, on November 19, 2018, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to take judicial notice of the transcript of the inquest held on November 19, 2018, is denied as unnecessary as said material is properly part of the record.
