Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 16, 2024, and September 25, 2024, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Motion by the plaintiff-respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the plaintiff-respondent is granted, and on or before April 23, 2025, the plaintiff-respondent shall serve and file the plaintiff-respondents' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
