Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that, on or before April 23, 2025, the appellants shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement reply brief which includes a conclusion paragraph, and is in all other respects the same as the reply brief previously filed, and the motion is otherwise denied.
