Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated April 15, 2024, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Pelham, Westchester County, rendered August 31, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon a showing of reasonable excuse for the delay in filing the notice of motion to vacate the dismissal within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion.
