ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 21, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 15, 2023, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph the date, "February 26, 2024," and substituting therefor the date, "April 21, 2025."
