Respondent, pro se, having moved to withdraw from the NYSCEF system and for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered January 19, 2024,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, the brief dated March 10, 2025, shall be restored on the NYSCEF system and accepted for filing, and respondent is directed to file an original and five copies of the brief (see 22 NYCRR 1245.6 [a] [1] [I]), and
It is further ORDERED that any reply to respondent's brief shall be filed on or before April 3, 2025.
