| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Jagter (Ricky) Singh, Singh Landscaping & Lawn Sprinkler Corp., and R & P Realty Inc. (hereinafter "the petitioners") to: (1) appoint one or more attorneys to take possession of Akhilesh Krishna's records, to examine the files, and to take such other action necessary to protect the petitioners' interests; (2) direct that any compensation and costs that may be awarded to the inventory attorney be paid by the Estate of Akhilesh Krishna and/or from certain allegedly transferred assets; and (3) direct the inventory attorney to cooperate with any examination by the appropriate authority of certain escrow accounts.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
