Motion by the respondent, in effect, for leave to reargue a motion for the imposition of reciprocal discipline, which was determined by opinion and order of this Court dated November 6, 2024. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 21, 1961. By opinion and order of this Court dated November 6, 2024, the respondent was disbarred and his name stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law based upon discipline imposed by the Supreme Court of Florida by order dated August 25, 2022 (see Matter of Morburger, 233 AD3d 119).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
