Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both dated June 16, 2023, and a judgment of the same court dated August 1, 2024. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the sale of the subject property is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
