Writ of habeas corpus in the nature of an application to release Diego Guerra upon his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to set reasonable bail upon Queens County Indictment No. 1815/2017, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated January 17, 2025. Motion by the petitioner for leave to reargue the writ of habeas corpus.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
