Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 2, 2024. The appeal by MIC General Insurance Corporation was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellants Akmal Meersyed and Syed Ali Shamsi to extend the time to perfect their appeal.
