Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, both dated July 22, 2024. Motion by counsel assigned to the respondent by the Family Court, Orange County, to be relieved of the assignment and, in effect, for the assignment of new counsel to respond to the appeals. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in response thereto, it is
