| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 10, 2024, and an order of the same court dated June 19, 2024. By order to show cause dated September 11, 2024, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal from the decision dated July 10, 2024, in the above-entitled action should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies a from decision.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal from the decision is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509).
