| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 12, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 2, 2020. Motion by the respondent for leave to renew the appeal. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to compel the respondent to pay to them certain fire insurance proceeds, to vacate the notice of pendency, and to direct the Westchester County Clerk to file a satisfaction of mortgage removing the lien on the subject property. Separate motion by the appellants, inter alia, to compel the respondent to pay to them certain fire insurance proceeds within 14 days, to vacate the notice of pendency, and to hold the respondent in civil contempt.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondent and the motion by the appellants, inter alia, to compel the respondent to pay to them certain fire insurance proceeds, to vacate the notice of pendency, and to direct the Westchester County Clerk to file a satisfaction of mortgage removing the lien on the subject property and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by appellants, inter alia, to compel the respondent to pay to them certain fire insurance proceeds within 14 days, to vacate the notice of pendency, and to hold the respondent in civil contempt, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions by the appellants are denied without prejudice to making a motion for any relief deemed appropriate before the Supreme Court, Westchester County.
