Appeals from four unsigned transcripts of proceedings of the Supreme Court, Kings County, which occurred on January 29, 2025, February 4, 2025, October 18, 2024, and January 14, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the transcripts and to preclude the Supreme Court from considering certain evidence at trial, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
