Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 25, 2024. Motion by the respondents, in effect, to dismiss the appeal insofar as taken by the appellants POK Mill LLC and POK 1-3 Grand LLC, on the ground that they are not aggrieved by the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal insofar as taken by the appellants POK Mill LLC and POK 1-3 Grand LLC is dismissed, without costs and disbursements.
