Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 7, 2024, and a decision of the same court dated November 1, 2024. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal from the decision is granted, and the appeal from the decision is dismissed without costs and disbursements (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order is dismissed on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701), and we decline to grant leave to appeal.
