Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered May 31, 2024, June 25, 2024 and June 20, 2024, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, the time is extended to June 9, 2025, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
