Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Allegany County Court, rendered June 27, 2024, and for poor person relief and assignment of counsel on the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests an extension of time to take an appeal is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests poor person relief and assignment of counsel is dismissed.
