Appeal from an amended decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 5, 2024. Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the amended decision and order, to stay enforcement of the amended decision and order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and, inter alia, in effect, for summary reversal of stated portions of the amended decision and order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
