DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal and cross-appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 21, 2025. Motion by counsel assigned to represent the respondent-appellant by the Supreme Court, Queens County, to be relieved of the assignment to respond to the appeal and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Sally Butler, 42-40 Bell Boulevard, Suite 302, Bayside, NY 11361, former assigned counsel for the respondent-appellant, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent-appellant to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,
