Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 17, 2021 and February 11, 2021, respectively, which were determined by decisions and orders of this Court, both dated March 19, 2025. Motion by the appellant Mercy Medical Center to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant Alan Wieder to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
