Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 24, 2024. Motion by the appellant-respondent to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross-appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the order is stayed, and the parties shall abide by the terms of a temporary order of custody of the same court dated August 15, 2023, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross-appeal.
