| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 16, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated July 6, 2022. By opinion dated April 25, 2024, the Court of Appeals reversed the decision and order of this Court and remitted the matter to this Court for further proceedings. Motion by the appellant to continue a stay of execution of said judgment, which was granted by the Supreme Court, Queens County, in July 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay of execution of the judgment granted by the Supreme Court, Queens County, is extended pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that counsel for the appellant shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion, by mail, on the Clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
