Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 5, 2020. Motion by Shane Walsh, as the administrator of the estate of Philip Walsh, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Philip Walsh, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the appellant Philip Walsh.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Shane Walsh, as the administrator of the estate of Philip Walsh is substituted for the deceased appellant Philip Walsh, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Philip Walsh, is vacated.
