Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 14, 2024. Motion by Jenny A. Covington, an attorney in good standing in the State of Minnesota, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondent on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 26, 2025, is extended, and on or before May 12, 2025, the respondent shall serve and file a replacement brief in compliance with the Judiciary Law, the CPLR, and the rules of this Court.
