| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 11, 2023. Motion by Braverman Greenspun, P.C. for leave to withdraw as counsel for the respondent-appellant. Motion by the respondent-appellant pro se, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross-appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Braverman Greenspun, P.C. and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondent-appellant pro se and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by Braverman Greenspun, P.C. is denied as academic as a consent to change attorney has been filed (see 22 NYCRR 670.1[c][4][A]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent-appellant pro se is denied.
