| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County, rendered October 12, 2023. Motion by the appellant to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain material. Separate motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the judgment roll and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the appellant which is to enlarge the judgment roll to include correspondence dated July 11, 2023, and August 9, 2023, is denied as unnecessary as those documents are properly part of the judgment roll; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
