Application by the defendant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated January 10, 2025, as denied a motion by the defendant to dismiss the indictment pursuant to CPL 30.30.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as that branch of the order is not appealable as of right or by permission (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
