Motion by Aruna Advani, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated December 24, 2024, which determined an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated July 31, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
