(Docket No. F-2819-2020/2021E)
Appeals by Anthony A. Petrunti from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 26, 2024, and February 29, 2024, respectively. Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the appendix on the appeal from the order dated January 26, 2024, and to extend the time to perfect that appeal.
