Appeals and cross-appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 12, 2024. ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal to this Court from the order are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled proceedings, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross-appeal, are denied.
